2. Again and again, for a Hollywood newcomer, Lucius Baston is booking considerable roles.
3. Lucius Baston plays, Deshaun "Midget" Hackett in Bad Lieutenant Port of Call New Orleans, starring Nicolas Cage and Eva Mendes (in theaters now).
4. Lucius Baston plays the role of "Shelton" in the LifeTime Movie Network's "The Wrong Man," with Actress Julia Ormand, which airs January 17, 2009.
5. Baston said he couldn't say enough about what it was like to work with veteran actor Nicolas Cage. "Watching Nicolas prep for a scene was method confirming. Nicolas was going around snorting up this harmless concoction to help get him in the proper frame of mind for the scene." "It was awesome having the opportunity to go toe-to-toe with this actor."

Lucius stayed in character while leaving the room and belted out "Fuck all y'all" as he was leaving the room. He got the call the following week that he would be cast as Deshaun "Midget" Hatchett.

He is the type of director that knows exactly what he wants and can express it to his actors well. He's an actors' director for sure and is one of the kindest men I've ever met. It was an absolute pleasure to experience his quirky brilliance."
