Greetings!

In our Mat Studio we have created a comfortable environment in which to create health and harmony.

We offer pilates, yoga, dance and fitness programs, for adults and parents, many at the same time as your child's class!

Now that the kids are settled into their programs, why not come and try something for yourself.

We have now extended each Mat class card to be vaild for 12 months! See below for details.

Also, did you know your extended health benefit plan may cover the cost of fitness classes as part of their wellness program? More and more often, our clients ask us for official receipts so they can submit them back to their company plans for reimbursement. It's great to see these progressive companies recognizing how important it is to support the health and well being of their employees.

FREE FITNESS FOR A WEEK - NOVEMBER 10 -15

Come and try something new to boost your fitness routine. You don't have a fitness routine? Now is the time to start!

The week before the Free Fitness Week we will post a sign up board on the third floor outside the Fitness & Wellnes Studio at Pegasus Studios. Please come in and sign up for your free sessions. (maximum of four classes per person - subject to availability).

As a courtesy to other participants, please give 48 hours notice if you can't make a class that you have signed up for.

UNLIMITED TRIAL CLASS CARD

Research tells us the more variety we have in our fitness program the better our level of fitness.

Why not try a Hip Hop Class, Men's Only Pilates
or Circuit Training to name just a few!

Extended Expiry Date	Are you running out of time to use classes on a class card? Did you have unused classes on a card that expired in 2008? Please come and speak with us to re-activate your card. We will extend expiry dates for an additional six months.
