Class of 2009 Parents- Project Grad Needs More of You!!!!

party
Thank-you to all senior parents who have already signed up to help run the Project Grad activities on May 27th right after the graduation ceremony at Arcadia.

Our class of 2009 is in for a real treat with the variety of events, food and activities that will be running non-stop from the moment they board the buses for Cracker Jax at 10 pm to the wee morning hours when they will be returned by bus to AHS.

The success of this event requires numerous parent volunteers, and we are still in need of 45 people. I have shifts available starting at 10:30 pm.  Here is an example of some of the current openings:

Dads for Bus Chaperones to Cracker Jax/Casino Dealers - 10 pm to 2 am
Front Desk, Purse Check & Prize Area volunteers - 10:30 pm to 2 am or 2 am to 3:30 am
Mini Golf, Volleyball, Batting Cage & Golf Range volunteers - 11 pm to 2 am
Security on the grounds - 11 pm to 2 am or 2 am to 3:30 am

Please consider volunteering for this special senior send off by contacting me and letting me know your availability and shift preferences.  Thanks!
