AIMS Scholarship
The Arizona Board of Regents has decided to retain the "AIMS Scholarship" or "Regents High Honors Tuition" scholarship with the existing eligibility criteria for the graduating classes of 2009 and 2010.  All college students currently receiving this scholarship will continue to do so if they meet the renewal criteria set by the universities.  The impact on the class of 2011 and subsequent classes has yet to be determined by the Arizona Board of Regents. The Arizona Department of Education will keep our website updated (www.ade.az.gov/asd/tuitionwaiver) on any Arizona Board of Regents decisions regarding this scholarship.

JOIN HANDS FOR PUBLIC EDUCATION
Please join us Sunday April 19 at Washington Park (23rd Ave. and Glendale) to show your support for our public schools.
The park is exactly 17 minutes from Arcadia- I clocked it!- and parking will be easy too.
Come to the south west entrance of Washington Park at 2240 W. Citrus.
Citrus is a couple of blocks south of Glendale Avenue.  If you come south on 21st Ave. then you will head west on Citrus past the tennis courts and past the first entrance to the activity center to find us.  If you come south on 23rd Ave, turn east on Citrus and enter the first parking entrance.  We will be located between the gym and the activity center.  Look for hand print signs to guide you!
Parking is available in the lot in front of the activity center, in front of the tennis courts, and all along Citrus.

Bring your children, your spouses, your neighbors and your friends.  With your help, we can show that our children are worth the price of a quality education and that education is OUR priority.
