Football players are encouraged to attend the early date. These comprehensive sports physicals are performed by orthopedic surgeons and team physicians that specialize in athletics, sports related injuries and risk factors. Each athlete will have an extensive exam; evaluating height, weight, pulse, blood pressure, vision, flexibility, strength and a full orthopedics, and systems medical examination. The Cost is $15. Physicals will be by appointment only and the student must be accompanied by a parent or bring an A.I.A. physical card signed by a parent. Physicals will not be performed without and A.I.A. physical card signed by a parent. Physical cards are available at the time of physical or at your school. Appointments are required. To be made with your school's athletic trainer. Space is limited. If unable to make these dates, consult your physician.
Physicals are by appointment only. Cost $15. Cash or check only payable to Scottsdale Unified School District. Sorry no charge cards accepted.
