doorkeysWhile You're Away Service

Do you leave your home unattended while you are away on holiday?

Do you give a key to a friend or neighbor? The "lucky" friend holding the key to our home recently showed me her key collection. So many keys of her neighbors that would think she is a building manager or real estate tycoon. Obviously I am not the only one who finds her trustworthy.

Maybe you are away right now and feeling a bit anxious wondering if all is in order? Recently I met Rolien van Groeningen, owner of Domestic Outsourcing and new WBII member, and found her "While Away Service" clever and extremely practical.

Rolien manages a team of 22 professionals that do everything from cleaning and ironing to administrative support and personal assistant tasks in and around your home.  She also understands of the needs of international residents.

In the current economy consumers are thinking twice before spending money, which is why I find the "While Away Service" such a brilliant offer and  a great value for money. Rolien and her team check on your house, collect the mail, feed the fish, etc. They have experience handling the situations you hope will never happen such as break-ins and damage. The peace of mind is priceless.

The biggest benefit may be that you won't owe your friend or neighbor a big favor in return and your key and home are in the hands of a competent and insured professional, not a nosy neighbor!

How could you customize your product or service offer to solve your customers' pain (nosy neighbor) or give them peace of mind?

Success,

Suzy Ogé
