To get started, register for the meeting. You will receive an invitation to create a personal profile that will allow you to communicate with other attendees via private messages, as well as see which attendees you have the most in common with.
The community also allows you to design your own schedule and invite other attendees to private meetings. It's up to you how much or how little you share, so feel free to customize you own Annual Meeting experience!

A Gathering of Great Minds
 | Golden, CO June 14 - 15 |
This year's CTO Forum is gearing up for its mountain retreat in scenic Golden, Colorado, hosted by CoorsTek. Each year, a collection of Chief Technology Officers from across the spectrum of industrial R&D are invited to informally discuss the challenges they face and the decisions their jobs demand. The subject at this year's CTO Forum is "Business Models for Innovation," but the bulk of discussions are also determined by the participants before and during the meeting.
As an invite-only event, the group size is intentionally kept minimal in order to facilitate a more intimate conversation. If your company is interested in having your CTO benefit by participating in this powerful discussion, please contact Diana Schipper for more details.

Technology Scouting Benchmarks: How Does Your Company Compare?
IRI is partnering with Lux Research on a pilot project to help IRI member organizations improve their technology scouting programs. Can you help us understand how your organization does technology scouting? Our end goal is to provide valuable training and professional development for technology scouts. Please take about 15 minutes to answer our survey. Those participating will receive a preview of results before they are reported at the IRI 2012 Annual Meeting. Your responses will be kept completely confidential and used only in aggregate. If you are not as well positioned to answer these survey questions as somebody else in your organization, please provide it to the responsible party and have him/her fill it out. Check out the IRIWeb for more information about this IRI-Lux Research partnership, as well as the history of this survey.

Transformational Strategy and Strategy Execution: Share your Stories!
2012 IRI Member Summit
October 15 - 18
Indianapolis, IN
Developing a transformational innovation strategy and putting it into action is a continuing challenge for most companies, as well as a top IRI "voice of the member" topic. At this year's IRI Member Summit, October 15 - 18, Indianapolis, Indiana, we plan to highlight your stories, both successes and challenges, in developing and executing your company's strategies.
Present your story and gain the dual benefits of showcasing your work and getting high level feedback from some very qualified innovation management professionals. Members who speak at our engagements often tell us how the post-conference feedback they received helped them far more than when they merely attended the meetings as passive observers.
Tell us your story by submitting a proposal to speak at IRI's 2012 Member Summit by Monday, April 30th. For more information, and to download a proposal form, visit our Member Summit page on the IRIWeb.
