Happy Holidays!  We wanted to share a couple videos with you if you have time to check them out over the next couple weeks.  Between the AM and PM classes, there are a couple hours when a kitchen is available.  Students often use this time for catch-up work in the kitchen, but every so often we create cooking and baking competitions that we encourage students to participate in.  Not only are they fun, but they're a great learning experience as well.  Below are videos from two recent ones.
