Now that OCI has passed our fifth anniversary as a school, we have begun tracking the progress of our graduates more diligently, and sometimes we interview them on camera so we can show them off! The first video below is an early culinary grad of OCI named Daren Hayes, who started a very health conscious chocolate (not necessarily an oxymoron!) company called Stirs the Soul while still in school.
