We are pleased to announce, and invite you to register for, two upcoming dinners that will serve as the culmination of our Red Wattle Heritage Pig Project.
Suds and Swine, Tuesday, November 9th at 7 p.m. at OCI Featuring: Side by side dishes from pen raised and pasture raised Red Wattle Heritage pigs, served in five courses, paired with beers from Upright Brewing. A portion of proceeds will go to the Chef's Collaborative.

Wine and Swine, Wednesday, November 10th at 7 p.m. at OCI Featuring: Side by side dishes from pen raised and pasture raised Red Wattle Heritage pigs, served in five courses, paired with wines from Chehalem Winery. A portion of proceeds will go to Ecotrust's "Farms to School" program. To register, click here.
