Going to see the July 4th Fireworks? For the third year in a row, the Macy's display of light and sound will be on the West side of Manhattan, along the Hudson River.

Update to March's newsletter about NYC potholes. NYC rejected my claim for the damage done by 2 potholes to the tire and wheel of my car. The rule is that I needed to let NYC know of the damage within 15 days. Unfortunately, I didn't find out you could apply to the city for reimbursement until 2 months after the damage had been done. Oh well.
