It's the 65th Session of the UN General Assembly, when leaders from 169 countries gather in NYC and make the area from 42nd to 60th Streets and 1st to Park Avenues an obstacle course for pedestrians, taxis, and drivers.

STREET CLOSURES AND/OR RESTRICTIONS
Expect random freezes for all pedestrian and vehicular traffic:
