Park It! NYC, your complete guide to parking garages, was just featured on the front page of The New York Times!  If you missed the paper on Thursday, July 12th, For Parking Space, the Price is Right at $225,000 highlights parking spaces that are being sold as condo spaces for up to $195,000. Park It! NYC provided research data on the number of garages that have closed and opened since August 2006. We've seen only a 2% decrease in the number of garages, with 45 garages closing and 22 new garages opening for business. The number of actual spaces, however, has been reduced by 4%, or approximately 4,400 spaces.
