The EPA is requiring that all contractors working on pre-1978 properties obtain RRP EPA/HUD Lead Paint Certification. The HBRANH/BGNH has contracted with LeadEdu a NH Based trainer to provide this certification class to contractors of all stripes including, builders, plumbers, and electricians, flooring installer as well as any other person int he building trades. Individuals who are self employed and work alone, must have both a firm certification and an individual certification. Fee: $200 for Members; $250 for Non-members.
