Cost Segregation

Instructors will begin with a thorough overview of cost seg and why it is important followed by a review of depreciation, the history of cost seg, how "qualifying property" is determined and finally what needs to be in a cost seg study. After completing this class participants will be able to speak with clients about the value of cost segregation and how a study works. More important, participants will learn how cost segregation can be an important differentiator in the design and bidding process.
