Please support the Friends of the Hammond Public Library at a fundraiser tonight, Thursday, March 29. Just go to Wendy's at 1844 165th St., Hammond (near Wal-Mart and Carson's) between 5 and 8 p.m., and order something to eat. That's all you have to do. Wendy's will add up the cost of all receipts between 5 and 8 p.m., and donate 15% of that amount to the Friends. You can eat in, or use the drive-thru. You don't need a coupon; you don't need to show a library card or Friends membership card (although we hope you have both!). You just have to order something. And remember, this fundraiser is ONLY at the Wendy's listed above. Mark your calendar for future Wendy's fundraisers:

- Thursday, May 31
- Friday, June 29
Also, don't forget the Friends' Half Price Book Sale this Saturday, March 31, at the library. Pick up some bargains!
