Vol. 10:15   July 29, 2011

Greetings!

THANKS TO ALL OUR SUMMER READING PARTICIPANTS

as well as those who attended programs, and our program
sponsors and donors. Congratulations to the youth who completed the program to receive prizes or reading medals. We'll announce the winners of the Teen and Adult programs
in the next issue of Extra.

More than 300 people attended the Summer Reading Wrap-up program on July 28 at all locations, to see Amazing Animals by Samantha. The audience learned about each animal, where it is found in the world, what kind of food it eats, and other interesting facts. We'll be adding photos to the HPL Facebook page!

Great Courses are actual college courses on CD or DVD, where you can listen to or watch the actual lecture - for free! Topics include psychology, music, history, health and more.
