ON-CAMERA & LIVE EVENT HOST - VOICE STYLIST Summer 2007
In this revved up newsflash:
  • The Driving is Hellish!
  • General Motor Mouth
  • Motor City Money
  • I'm thrilled to be back in the voice over game again! I was taken out of commission for a while by something you pretty much need in the VO biz if you'd like to be somewhat successful. It's called a vocal cord.

You can get the whole story here. If you don't have time to read the details, suffice to say alien abduction isn't for everyone!

A special thanks to the numerous valued clients that hung in there with me. I appreciate your patience and understanding.

FYI: I'll be out of the studio with the girls from June 23rd - July 2nd. Happy Canada Day to my Canadian clients and friends. Happy 4th of July to our stateside family. Have a blast on both sides of the border!

I scream, you scream, we all scream for summer vacation.

My vocal cords were definitely not firing on all cylinders through April but the gravel-like sonic quality was precisely what the creator of 'Helldrivers' was looking for to narrate his labour of love.

Fifteen years in the making, this one hour documentary showcases a stunt family in the world of car crashing and high speed entertainment known as helldriving. It's a thrilling, emotional journey inside a unique and vanishing way of life across North American country fairgrounds.

Buckle up and fire it up! HELLDRIVERS marks its Canadian television premiere on OLN -the Outdoor Life Network- Sunday June 24, 2007 at 8:00 pm EDT.

When May rolled around my voiceovers were back in overdrive. MacLaren McCann requested that I produce their telephonic voicecasts once again for General Motors dealerships in the Greater Toronto and Vancouver regions.

Basically, these were pre-recorded messages with customized dealer details directed to 200,000 voicemail boxes informing local residents of a fantastic incentive deal. Yeah, that was me calling. Did you take the test drive? You forgot to pick me up.

The dealers in this case aren't selling cars. However, with the right cards you could win enough to buy any vehicle you like. And no one knows cars like Detroit. That major U.S. market will launch a new radio campaign with yours truly as the voice inviting people across the bridge to Casino Windsor.

The Canadian casino is gearing up for a branding makeover in 2008 as it becomes part of the famous Caesar's gambling chain. Hit me. No, seriously. I just lost all my money on that last hand. Please just hit me.
