Miami-Dade Pending Home Sales Increase 29 Percent

Miami, FL – Total cumulative pending home sales – including single-family homes and condominiums - in Miami-Dade County increased 28.8 percent in December compared to a year earlier, from 8,105 to 10,437, and decreased .6 percent, down from 10,495, compared to the previous month according to the MIAMI Association of REALTORS and the Southeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (SEFMLS). December marks the fifth consecutive month of increased pending home sales in Miami-Dade County. Full Story


Broward Pending Home Sales Increase 10 Percent

Miami, FL – Total cumulative pending home sales – including single-family homes and condominiums - in Broward County increased 9.8 percent in December compared to a year earlier, from 6,898 to 7,571, and decreased 0.9 percent, from 7,638, compared to the previous month according to the MIAMI Association of REALTORS and the Southeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (SEFMLS). Miami Residential Real Estate Sales Increase in November

Miami, FL – The sales of existing single-family homes in the Miami Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) increased 49 percent to 679 compared to November 2009 and 86 percent higher than they were in November 2008 according to the MIAMI Association of REALTORS and the Southeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (SEFMLS). Sales of condominiums increased 98 percent to 1,039 compared to November 2009 and 237 percent compared to November 2008. Full Story


Broward Median Home Sales Price Continues to Climb

Miami, FL – The Median sales price of single-family homes in the Fort Lauderdale Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) increased nine percent to $199,000 compared to November 2009, according to the MIAMI Association of REALTORS and the Southeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (SEFMLS). The median sales price for condominiums was $70,500, down 18 percent from a year ago. Statewide median sales prices decreased 16 percent to $88,200 for condominiums and five percent to $132,700 for single-family homes. Full Story

Miami, FL – Total cumulative pending home sales – including single-family homes and condominiums - in Miami-Dade County increased 26 percent in November compared to a year earlier, from 8,288 to 10,495, and increased 2.3 percent, up from 10,264, compared to the previous month according to the MIAMI Association of REALTORS and the Southeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (SEFMLS). Broward Pending Condominium Sales Increase Again

Miami, FL – Total cumulative pending home sales – including single-family homes and condominiums - in Broward County increased five percent in November compared to a year earlier, from 7,264 to 7,638, and decreased .20 percent, from 7,653, compared to the previous month according to the MIAMI Association of REALTORS and the Southeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (SEFMLS). Miami Existing Single-Family Homes Prices Jump 12 Percent in October

Miami, FL – In the Miami Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), the median sales price of single-family homes in October increased 12 percent to $199,100 from a year earlier, according to the MIAMI Association of REALTORS and the Southeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (SEFMLS). Miami was one of only three home markets and the only major metropolitan area in Florida posting an increase for median sales price of single-family homes. Compared to the previous month, the median sales price rose six percent. Full Story 

Broward Median Home Sales Price Continues to Rise

Miami, FL – The Median sales price of single-family homes in the Fort Lauderdale Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) increased three percent to $217,900 compared to October 2009. The median sales price for condominiums was $67,500, down 19 percent from a year ago. Statewide median sales prices decreased three percent to $136,600 for single-family homes and 22 percent to $82,400 for condominiums.Full Story
