Kids, kids, kids!!  Children were the dominating theme of our photo contest entries this year!  The entries this year were so adorable!  There were also some excellent landscape shots, a wonderful photo of a 3-generation family visiting the orchard, and even a picture of a marriage proposal (hope she said yes!)!  As is usual, we had a very difficult time (and some heated discussions) choosing the winners. 
 
As winter settles in, it has been great fun to look at your photos and re-live the harvest seasons at Chiles Peach Orchard and Carter Mountain.  Check out the winners!!!!

It was a tough choice this year - thanks to everyone who sent us their photos! 

Carter Mountain Open One Last Weekend 
Okay, folks, this is it - your last chance to visit Carter Mountain until we re-open in mid-April.  Weather permitting, we will be open this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10-5.  We still have all your favorite apples, cider, apple butter, and lots of unique local items - perfect for those last-minute gifts!  There's a big sale in our Country Store, so come on up and stock up for the winter!
 
If the weather is iffy, give us a call first to make sure we are open!
