Apples at Carter Mountain 
We have a great crop of Fuji this year, and there are still lots on the trees, just waiting for you to pick! You can also pick Jonagold and Winesap - they are in great supply.
If you want to let us do the work, there are lots of Ready-Picked apples available - Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Winesap, Rome, Gala, Fuji, Granny Smith, Stayman, Jonagold, Pink Lady, and Albemarle Pippin, just to name a few!
Don't forget to visit our Country Store, where you will find apple butter, apple cider (buy plenty for winter - you can freeze it!), jams and jellies, local crafts, seasonal gifts, and much more. We've got some fall items on sale now, and our mums are 3/$10!
Apple Cider donuts are still in production every day! Our bakery is also cranking out apple pies like crazy. Don't forget to order yours for Thanksgiving! Stop by the bakery or barn and place your order - or give us a call to reserve your holiday pies. Let us make Thanksgiving easy for you!
The Mountain Grill is open on Saturdays and Sundays with breakfast and lunch foods (have you tried our delicious Barbecue, made with our own Peachy BBQ Sauce?) !
At trip to Carter Mountain is now not complete with out a stop in our Wine Shop and Tasting Room! We've been growing wine grapes for several years; now you can taste and purchase these wines! Open every day from 11-5!.
Another fall tradition - take a hayride this weekend (weather permitting!). Enjoy a breathtaking ride around the orchard and see the fantastic view!

Apples at Chiles Peach Orchard 
The gorgeous weather this weekend will be perfect for apple picking! We've still got Granny Smith and Fuji apples for picking.
Ready picked apples are available every day, and we are also stocked with ready-picked pumpkins, jams and jellies, apple cider, and local crafts. It's not too early start thinking about holiday gifts!
Need a treat? Check out our gorgeous fudge-dipped apples - decorated especially for the season. And, our Apple Pie Fudge, and Pumpkin Fudge have become real favorities. Get a free sample when you come in the market!
