It's been a great apple-picking season, and it's not over yet!  Take advantage of the mild weather this week and weekend by picking your own Fuji, Pink Lady, Winesap, and Granny Smith, apples.  If you don't have the time or the inclination to pick your own, you can choose from over a dozen varieties that are ready-picked for your convenience.  This is a great time to stock up on your favorites for the winter - store your apples in a cool spot (basement, garage, or fridge) and they'll keep for several weeks.

 

The Carter Mountain Bakery is open every day, and cranking out Apple Cider Donuts, Apple Pie, cookies, and more!   The holidays are quickly approaching - let us do your baking!  We are now taking orders for apple pies for Thanksgiving. We need your reservation by Sunday, November 23rd, and you can pick up by Wednesday, November 26th at 2PM.  Impress your holiday guests with one of our delicious pies!  Give us a call at 434-977-1833, or stop by to place your order.  Payment is required when your order is placed.
