Pick Your Own Apples Still Available
Haven't gotten your fill of apples yet? Great! At
Carter Mountain, you can still pick your own Fuji, Pink
Lady, and Winesap apples. The forecast is for a
warm, sunny fall weekend - come to the mountain to
enjoy fresh-picked apples and stunning fall foliage!
You can also choose from a wide selection of already-
picked fresh apples. Buy by the pound, 1/2 bushel,
or bushel. Many varieties are available, including Red
and Golden Delicious, York, Stayman, Rome, Granny
Smith, and more!
The Carter Mountain Bakery is still open with our
famous apple cider donuts, apple pies, cookies, and
ice cream. How about our wonderful Apple Pie for

Carter Mountain Orchard is located just off exit 121
from I-64, on Route 53, in Charlottesville. Adjacent
to Michie Tavern and Monticello, we are open daily
9AM-5PM until November 23rd, and then weekends in
December.
