| 2009 Europeans Schedule Confirmed |
The schedule for the 2009 Melges 24 European Championship, to be hosted by COYCH in Hyeres, France, has now been confirmed. Registration will open on Friday 21st August, there will be practise racing on Sunday 23 August and Championship racing will run from Monday 24 to Friday 28 August. More information will be posted at the EVENT WEB SITE shortly. |

Jachtwerf Ruyten, the new Melges 24 dealer for the Netherlands, will be displaying a Melges 24 on its stand number 05.100 at the HISWA boat show in Amsterdam, from Tuesday 3 - Sunday 8 March. The show opens at 10.00 every day, it closes at 22.00 on Thursday and Friday and 18.00 on all other days. CLICK HERE for further details.

 The UK Class is hard at work generating new interest in the Melges 24 in UK waters and has announced the dates for its new 2009 UK Ranking Series which incorporates events around the UK as well as in France. The Hungarian Melges 24 Fleet has announced the dates for it's Open National Championship and for the Hungarian One Design Trophy Series which this year will include the Melges 24 Class.
