I was born and raised within a Kundalini Yoga household, waking up before dawn before I was 2 years old. I had the rare opportunity to sit at the Master's feet on a daily basis for 10 years. It was not about how much you learn, it is what you experience, and that is what Kundalini Yoga is all about - EXPERIENCE. Experiencing you within you which contains the Universe. Kundalini Yoga is to balance yourself so you can be able to extend yourself to help others.
It does not matter how many hours of yoga and meditation you do daily, What matters is how you respond to stressful circumstances - - that is Spirituality. There are over 4,000 recorded lectures and kriyas, each of them better than the other.
