Sat Nam,
The solstice experience is a unique one. The days following solstice can be disconcerting, and you may feel like a stranger in a strange land. You have just readjusted your higher bodies and need to give them a chance to reintegrate to the "outside" world. The best tool to do this is continued and consistent yoga and meditation.
Now might be a great time to consider a Sadhana routine just like what was happening at Solstice, early in the morning. Any intentions and efforts in that regard will do wonders to change your world to better fit the Solstice experience you've just been immersed in.
If your experience was one of cleaning out a bunch of stuff, your post solstice practice will help heal those scars. If your experience was one of touching the heavens and helping to bring in the light, your post solstice practice might only take you higher!
The important thing to remember every moment is to love yourself. Love yourself unconditionally. Try it. Feel the resistance, look closely at the resistance, then let it go and try it. Replace bad habits with loving ones. It will grow upon itself.
Let it be, Let it go, and glow. It'll be contagious!
Many Blessings,
Harsimran Singh | |
