Thank you, those of you who participated in the "Emotional Consciousness and the Ethers" workshop at Summer Solstice 2012! It was a real honor to have you in class and serve you.
As promised, below is the kriya, meditation and music played during class. I wish you a happy return home and a graceful integration.
Remember, you can apply the principles we discussed in class to your personal practice. Start off with being aware of the body and the tensions there and then introduce consciousness to that place by investigating through the meditative mind. It is amazing that which you can heal with your awareness.

Meditation for Balancing Perception
You can order the video class from Ancient Healing Ways for $20 (#NM414). I highly recommend it if you feel called to work with this. You can hear the lecture from the Master, Yogi Bhajan. If you feel called to work with it, I can also email you the PDF for this meditation. It hasn't been published in a manual. This is an amazing meditation for balancing perception.
The music used for the meditation was the Wahe Guru Jio Shabad. It is not the mantra used in the Aquarian Sadhana! It is the entire shabad. Mantras work with the 6th chakra and Shabads work with the 7th chakra. It is important to use this shabad for the proper effect. I used the shabad by Bhai Nirmal Singh which can be downloaded for free from www.sikhnet.com. It is important to note that Yogi Bhajan used the version by Bhai Avtar Singh.
Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Hold the right hand up in front the right shoulder with the elbow relaxed down. Point the index finger up (the source of your wisdom) and hold down the other fingers with the thumb. Extend the left forearm forward, parallel to the ground, with the elbow relaxed down. Make a tight fist of your left hand with the thumb outside. Eyes are closed. Do Long Deep Breathing as you mentally chant the "Wah-hay Guroo Jio" shabd by Bhai Avtar Singh. Keep the index finger, the fist and the navel point tight.
Continue for 11 minutes. To end, inhale deeply, hold, and strongly tighten the index finger, fist and navel point. Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax.
