Every year my family and I make it a priority to travel to Summer Solstice. This year, the 2012 Summer Solstice is immensely powerful. It is preceded by the phenomenal astral events of the Great Pleiadian Alignment and the Venus Transit, both of which will not happen again in our lifetimes. Then, leading up to the Winter Solstice, the sun will officially cross galactic center. To participate in three days of White Tantric Yoga in this auspicious time is an opportunity like no other!
This year, I am so honored to be playing a concert with my band for the opening ceremonies on Friday, June 15th at 7:30. The opening ceremonies are a wonderful way to set the energy for the entire Solstice week. We will play a concert for you, and we will have a great time together while singing and dancing. Come and set your intentions, sending them into the ethers through the sacred Sound Current.
Also at Solstice, I will be teaching a class on The Mystical Sound Force. The mystical use of sound is among the highest of all yogic tools. We will dive deep into the Mystical Sound Force through chanting together and learning vocal tools. This combination will help us easily use the voice to direct the energy in our lives in a very positive and useful direction so that we may experience the awesomeness of our heart and the incredible joy of living a life with deep happiness and confidence.

Bring your children, as there are daily children's camp programs that are fun and nurturing! Our son loves kids' camp! And come enjoy tons of amazing and uplifting live music!

Simrit Kaur was born in Greece and grew up in the United States. She has been singing and playing music from the time she was a young child and has studied both western and eastern classical vocals. She is an accomplished percussionist and is trained in piano. Simrit is a devoted student, practitioner and teacher of Naad Yoga, the sacred science of sound and consciousness. She is a musician, composer and yogini whose highly devotional chant music is quickly gaining attention around the world. Simrit's unusually rich, soulful and penetrating vocals speak for themselves. Her music and compositions are somehow both uniquely fresh with a contagious uplifting energy, and simultaneously ancient with a deep and sacred appeal.
