I am very grateful for still being in the prayer circle and so is my husband. I am constantly singing the praises of the Vimala handwriting system. I can say that with hand on heart because since I was introduced to your handwriting system, my life is going down a path that is totally new to me but one of excitement that I have never felt before.
During the run up to Christmas I fell by the wayside in regards to my writing, and one evening when leaving work to catch a bus to go home, I walked passed three gentlemen sitting in sleeping bags alongside the foot path. They were aged approximately 50 plus. I wished them a happy Christmas and gave them a small amount of money, and as I walked away they shouted, "All your dreams will come true!" I passed no remarks on the comment until the other day when everything was going desperately wrong with my new job, as I was trying to accomplish something that had to be done. It was the first day that I had started back at the Vimala writing again. Amidst all the chaos, the three gentlemen's comment came to mind. They did not say "We hope all your dreams come true" but "All your dreams will come true!"
Very positive, I thought, and then I really did pay attention to our brief encounter that day. There they were, the three of them, smiling, and their only concern was that it might rain. Not about being successful or getting ahead in life or being the life and soul of the party. I asked myself, Who was more grounded and in touch with life?
If I had not started my Vimala handwriting, that encounter would never have been as heartfelt as it was. People are sent our way in different shapes and forms, and quite often we miss the obvious. However, with the Vimala handwriting system we are reminded of this very often. All I can say is that through this brief encounter and your handwriting system, I have never felt gratitude on this scale before. What a feeling. So once again, Vimala, a great big heartfelt thank you.

After years of study and research, Vimala Rodgers developed The Vimala Alphabet. Each letter shape is designed specifically to bring your hidden talents and abilities to life. As you begin to adopt self-affirming writing patterns, you naturally release those that are self-limiting, and at the same time you reconfigure the neurological patterns in your brain. This process is invaluable for people who are determined to let go of the past and stride ahead fully expressed in life. In scientific circles it is called neuroplasticity or cortical remapping. All it takes is pen and paper.
Does it work? You bet it does! -- every time. Pick up your pen and experience it for yourself.
|
If you are among the courageous visionaries who want to transform their lives through the Vimala Alphabet technology, choose at least 3 letters:
- The first letter is the initial of your first name - not nickname, but your real birth first name. If you adopted a new first name after your 35th birthday, use that as your first name. By writing this letter, you will experience profound personal changes.
- The second letter is the Letter of the Week.
- The third letter is one you have chosen in order to bring about a specific transformation in your life. Choose a letter from the Vimala Alphabet Guidebook.
Follow these steps:
- Write at least 3 lines of upper and lowercase letters.
- Write on unlined paper in the landscape direction.
- No pencils, please. Use a pen.
- Begin by writing once, at the top of the page, the Declaration of Intent of the initial of your first name.
- Write the first and third letters for at least 40 consecutive days. If you skip a day, start over. 40 is the number of transformation; it takes 40 days for the neurons in the brain to realign themselves, which is what the process of adopting self-affirming handwriting patterns does.
- Write the third letter for a single week.

Just as you have gifts unique to who you are, so does each letter. I call them "aspects." I'd like to begin our new venture by sharing one of those aspects, perhaps the most important one of all: the Guardian Protector.
Through the years I've studied hundreds of traditions throughout the world, and have found that within each one, there are such beings that we call called "angels" in English, yet are called by a different name in many traditions: devas in the scriptures of India, Al-Malaikah in the Qur'an of Islam, Malakh in the Hebrew Bible--and on and on throughout the world. To avoid religious distinctions, I call each one a Guardian Protector, because that is their role.
Trust me. They are as alive and attentive as you and I--just invisible, that's all--but fully present nonetheless. Create a conversation with them--then you will know. As with everything I teach, I insist that you do not believe what I say. To know in your heart of hearts that what I say is true, I suggest that you experience it by adopting suggested writing habits, along with applying the aspects of each letter, especially that of the Guardian Protector.

Soul Quality: The Letter reflects the amount of attention we give to our spiritual growth. Day after day as you write the Letter , you may notice that your interpretation of life becomes more spirit-based, and that your interactions with others become more open; your judgments drop away. You may experience "waves of knowing" that go beyond your personality, fill you with a sense of joy, and settle you gently into a sense of Oneness with everything that is. These are but a few gifts of the Letter .
Declaration of Intent: My life is an ongoing conversation with my soul.
Guardian Protector: Nisroc (NIS-rock)---the angel of freedom. Nisroc knows no boundaries and wants you to know what "freedom" feels like: Freedom from a confining personality; freedom to be who you are at the spirit level; freedom to walk in the world with no judgments; freedom to love with no expectations of having that love returned; freedom---to be happy from the inside out.
How to Inscribe the Most Self-Affirming Letter
Uppercase
- At the top of the upper zone, draw a gentle curve (not a loop!), continuing it to the baseline.
- Form a small horizontal loop, ending with a gentle flowing stroke in a forward direction at the baseline.
Caveats:
- No loop ever at the top of this letter---only a curve.
- When dropping down from the upper zone, curve the stroke slightly---no straight stick.
- When writing a word that begins with this letter, do not go "back into the womb," but begin the next letter from the end of the
.
Lowercase
- From the baseline inscribe a stroke to the top of the upper zone.
- Form a loop as you bring the stroke back to the baseline.
- End with a gentle garland at the baseline.
Caveat: Always a loop---never a stick.
P.S. Because the gifts of the Letter are utterly crucial in our changing times, I'm offering two suggestions:
- I suggest that we all write at least one line of the Letter
every day. Only one line; more if you care to. I have made it my Letter of the Year for 2012...i.e., Along with my other daily writing, I'm writing three lines of the Letter each day throughout 2012. - As you may know, everything on our beloved planet contains very specific energy---just as you and I do, just as every animal and flower does. Stones are no exception. When it comes to balancing Spirit with everyday life, white coral is the stone to keep with you. The nature of this particular stone is to provide an open conversation between mind and soul, especially as you interact with others, make important decisions, and interpret life's happenings. I keep one in my pocket and one on my writing desk at all times.
May the blessings of the Letter embrace you fully!

Last year, several "Handwriters for Peace" members requested, and we formed, an Alphabetical Prayer Circle through which members could ask for specific prayers in emergency situations and we would hold both those intentions with our own intentions in our prayers.
Because it's time to expand the Circle, I'm inviting you to join us. There is no need to become a Handwriter for Peace, nor do you have to give me your name, only your e-mail address, as I send all Prayer Circle Emails as BCCs. If you choose to join us, please send an e-mail to vimala@vimalarodgers.com with PRAYER CIRCLE in the Subject Box and this message: I'd like to join your Alphabetical Prayer Circle.
To strengthen our intentions, each day we agree to spend a precious 10 seconds once---or many times a day---offering our Alphabetical Healing Prayer:
Fill each of us with Your Healing Light: those of us in this Prayer Circle, all those we love, and all those we have difficulty loving. Thank You.
Also...In the course of the day, each of us devotes a few minutes of quiet time to write, on unlined paper, one line of the initial of our first name (not nickname) in both upper- and lowercase. Just one line; that's it...more if you care to. Read more online...
