Message from the Chair
October 9th is the last day that anyone can register to vote in the 2012 general election. That would be Tuesday. It's time to think of anyone you've neglected to speak to about how important this election is. We only have a few more hours to encourage everybody to register. If your potential voter has a Colorado Driver's license, they can quickly register online at www.Larimer.org/elections. Call 498-7820 with registration questions.
The next step is convincing everybody to vote for all of our Democratic candidates, vote all the way down the ballot, and vote as soon as possible. Our public service call will be going out to Mail-in Voters this Thursday and we will be staffing our Wall of Call full time after that. Please email volunteer@larimerdems.org or call 689-6391 to sign up for some phone calls helping all the candidates on the 2012 Democratic ticket . We will be offering some incentives for our call bank volunteers this year as well as our usual dial and dine program. The voting starts in one week; please join us for Get Out the Vote.
--William Russell
"Nobody will ever deprive the American people of the right to vote except the American people themselves and the only way they could do this is by not voting."
--Franklin D. Roosevelt
