Message from the Chair
Happy 4th of July! The most important date in the newsletter this week is the July 17th celebration honoring Senator Bob Bacon and his wife, Beverly Schmitt, for their decades of service to our community and the state of Colorado. Please show up and thank these exceptional people yourself, Details below.
All the local campaigns are knocking doors now. Please help Rep. Randy Fischer, Joann Ginal, Rep. John Kefalas, Mark Shaffer, James Shelton, and Karen Stockley take their message of smart economic growth, support for education, and clean air and water to the voters of Larimer County.
I wish everybody a happy and safe 4th of July. It will be different this year, but I'm grateful for those wise people who decided that fireworks shouldn't be on the menu this year. This is the least we can do for our firefighters and first responders. And I want to personally thank those who decided that political entries were not allowed in the local parade. Now I get the day off too, and my share of that iffy potato salad that really represents the birth of our nation and history's most profound political experiment. --William Russell

July 4th Booth in Loveland
Volunteers needed to staff the Loveland 4th of July booth. We need people to work two-hour shifts from 11:00 - 10:00 pm. This is a great way to help introduce our candidates, Mark Shaffer and Karen Stockley, to the people of Loveland.
