Message from the Chair
It was an incredible turnout on Saturday. I want to personally thank all of the Larimer County Democrats who showed up and performed their civic duties in record time. That was a Presidential Convention, a County Assembly, one Senate District Assembly, one Senate District meeting, four House District Assemblies, six guest speakers, two vacancy committees and a miscellaneous other business in about three hours. Did I mention that we might have all 211 delegates for the CD2 Assembly on April 4?
Congratulations to all our nominees. The Larimer County Democrats are proud to support President Barack Obama, Congressman Jared Polis, Rep. John Kefalas, Rep. Randy Fischer, Mark Shaffer, Joann Ginal, James Shelton, and Karen Stockley in their efforts to continue the economic recovery in Larimer County.
We'll be getting our parade season started this weekend in Old Town Fort Collins in the Lucky Joe's St. Patrick's Day Parade. The weather is going to be beautiful. Come get some exercise and support your hardworking Irish-American President, Barack O'Bama. See you at the corner of Mountain and Walnut by 9:00 am.

--William Russell

Donations can be delivered to the Larimer County Democrats office, 606 South Mason, Fort Collins during office hours or to the Shaffer Law office, 218 East Sixth Street, Loveland between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm weekdays.
