New Classes!
There will be two new classes added to the schedule starting Tuesday September 6. Babes and Barbells: For Ladies Only. This class will provide time and coaching of OLY lifts, power lifts and hybrid lifts. It is designed to help the newer athlete learn barbell skills and allow the experienced lifter time to set new PR's. Join us for a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We will focus on 1-2 lifts per class. Please do not expect a WOD. Tuesdays @7pm. Skirts optional. Level 1 Crossfit Class This class is for the new and experienced Crossfitter. It's focus is primarily on bodyweight movements with the inclusion of kettlebells, medicine balls, rowers, rings, running and dumbbells. Get a great crossfit workout while focusing on basic skills. Mondays and Wednesdays @7pm |
