Dave and Whitney have been with us for some time now and we will miss them dearly as they head off to Denver, Colorado. Luckily, their families live in St. Charles, so we know we'll see them again!

Celebrate with us this Saturday at Innsbrook. John and I have a lake house there and it is just 30 minutes from the gym. All are welcome to spend the day after the 9am WOD. We have a canoe, kayaks, fishing boats and "hoosier island". Lots of fun for kiddo's too. In the evening, Jakes Leg (Grateful Dead cover band) will be putting on a free show and it is a blast.
