Learn the finer point of POSE running technique with Crossfit Certified Running instructor Stacey Cummings. 
Learn
-The importance of running technique
-Running Posture
-The parts of running- pull, pose, fall
Stacey will lintroduce you to basic drills to reinforce the above drills.
Class will be Saturday August 13 at 8am right before Matturday. Please sign up in Mindbody.

We are now ready to put together our t-shirt order. Follow this link to the t-shirt order form. Any kind of style shirt is available but we are featuring burnout tanks for the ladies and performance material t's for the guys.
The designs to choose from are

2. The above Kettlebell logo (background does not have to be pink!)
3. A more manly kettlebell design TBA (I'll put on the site asap)

Meet Stacey C.
I have been running and participating in triathlons for 5 years now. (When I first started, one mile seemed overwhelming!)

I have completed:
About 20 triathlons, including 3 half ironman and two full ironman events. I have also completed 2 stand alone half marathons and am currently signed up for the rock n roll half marathon in October. 

Towards the end of last year, I wanted to improve my run. I was a classic heel striker plodding through the miles--and the general advice was to add more miles to get faster. 

After a lot of research, I decided instead to work with a POSE certified coach on my run technique. I worked with her for about 3 months earlier this year. I recently attended a CF Endurance certification that spent the majority of the two day event focusing on run technique.

October 15 in Old Monroe Missouri. Just around the corner! We've got quite a crew from Crossfit St. Charles signed up and ready to rage! This is a challenging and fun event.
