Meet Stacey C.
I have been running and participating in triathlons for 5 years now. (When I first started, one mile seemed overwhelming!)
I have completed: About 20 triathlons, including 3 half ironman and two full ironman events. I have also completed 2 stand alone half marathons and am currently signed up for the rock n roll half marathon in October.
Towards the end of last year, I wanted to improve my run. I was a classic heel striker plodding through the miles--and the general advice was to add more miles to get faster.
After a lot of research, I decided instead to work with a POSE certified coach on my run technique. I worked with her for about 3 months earlier this year. I recently attended a CF Endurance certification that spent the majority of the two day event focusing on run technique.
