We often get calls about repairing sliding and screen doors. Unfortunately it's just not a service that we offer, but we hope that this informative video can help you out. | iPads in the Field
Many of our technicians have completed their training on our new iPad system. Using the iPads has already helped make our service calls more efficient for you, the customers, and us. Technicians are able to look up any customers history with us right on the spot to help clarify and answer questions. They can also e-mail easy to read invoices, product brochures, and remote programming instrutions for your convienience. Along with access product prices quickly should you need them. We're also in the process of developing an e-mail survey that will allow you to give instant feedback after your service call or installation. New technology means better efficiency all around and introduces even more ways for you to keep in touch with Action Automatic Door to help us improve and grow.
Conference Presentation I'm excited to share that company owner George Ebel will be making a presentation about showroom design at the IDA (International Door Association) conference in Vegas next week. This is quite an honor as it recognizes all the hard work and consideration that has gone into Action's own showrooms. Over our 38 years of business our showrooms have evolved quite a bit, but are now considered two of the best in SW Florida. If you haven't seen them yet stop on by and check out all we have to offer!
