Bella Behavior Inc.

Greetings!

Changing how veterinarians, technicians, and assistants handle pets at the clinic will take some time.  The methods of less stressful handling and rewarding during exams are new, and there is not just one textbook way to do things.  It takes practice, patience and creativity.  As I work with clinics using the Bella Behavior System, I am learning how to help the staff make changes, one by one.

Trying even one technique, as seen in the Mr. Misty video below can make a big difference in our work.  If you have any comments or questions e mail me at drsally@drsallyjfoote.com.  L really appreciate input!

Here is a second video showing a small dog that is not too keen on food rewards but really likes the happy talk.  Use verbal praise as a reward when you treat your patients.
