Attn: Athletes
On behalf of the RCA High Performance Development program, I'd like to thank you for your participation and support of the April 23rd time trials held at RCA's National Development Centres. With close to 200 athletes participating, we believe that this event was a success.
As important as this event is, it is only one element of an athletes May 9th RADAR submission. It is essential that athletes complete the erg based testing and provide a complete RADAR submission. This will further strengthen your standing within the program. Athletes completed RADAR submission will be used as the primary factor in determining invitation to both the Junior Worlds and U23 Worlds Selection events.
Please see RCA 2011 selection criteria for further details on the selection process for each program http://www.rowingcanada.org/national_team/athlete_information [1] All results including the April 23rd time trial can be entered into RCA's Athlete Monitoring data base at www.cscnet.ca [2] If you do not have a profile in the system, please review the information on creating a profile at the following link.
