By Phone: We have 8 incoming phone lines and each call is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a real live person. Our goal is to answer on the first ring each and every time. While we love our "message on hold" we hope you never hear it.
By Email: Email can be sent directly to [email protected] or via our secure website contact forms. All email is received real time and responded to immediately.
The team responsible for making this all happen is led by Travis. He sets a high bar for friendly, responsive, knowledgeable customer service - whether the call comes in at 4pm or 4am. Travis has at his fingertips a world class scheduling and dispatch system, and up to the minute information about each vehicle and driver. No matter how you choose to place your reservation, the information is immediately entered and confirmed.
But more important then all that technology and capability, is the personal touch. Each member of the team takes to heart the individual needs of our customer and passenger. Our passengers are not numbers or insurance claims. We know our passengers by name and are able to respond to their specific needs and preferences.
