No doubt by now your tax forms are all completed and filed on-line or in the mail. So with all your new found extra time it's time to enjoy the beautiful spring weather here in Arizona. Whether it is biking, hiking, outdoor dining, or just lazing in the shade with a good book, Arizona is the best place to enjoy some fresh air and sunshine.
At QTS, we enjoy peeking out the window occaisionally too as we work 24 x 7 to deliver the Valley's best assisted transportation services. 
Last month we updated our website with new features and new information. Be sure to visit the site and take advantage of all the new capabilities.
We also took delivery of two new vehicles - keeping our fleet the youngest, most comfortable, and best equipped in Arizona.

The new website is just a part of our on-going investment is the latest technology to bring convenience and customer service to our customers.

Our Controller, Shari, wants you to know that we offer customized billing formats to meet your specific needs. If you prefer to receive your invoices as a spreadsheet, in electronic formats, at a detailed or summary level, showing paid or just unpaid invoices, in xls or pdf format, or whew - that's enough choices for now! 
Please give Shari a call at 602-371-1000 and let her know what would work best for you. Also, don't forget to ask her about e-billing and direct deposit too to save on postage and mailing costs.

Here's what happens when you contact QTS Customer Service....
By Phone: We have 8 incoming phone lines and each call is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a real live person. Our goal is to answer on the first ring each and every time. While we love our "message on hold" we hope you never hear it.
By Email: Email can be sent directly to Info@QTSaz.com or via our secure website contact forms. All email is received real time and responded to immediately. 
The team responsible for making this all happen is led by Travis. He sets a high bar for friendly, responsive, knowledgeable customer service - whether the call comes in at 4pm or 4am. Travis has at his fingertips a world class scheduling and dispatch system, and up to the minute information about each vehicle and driver. No matter how you choose to place your reservation, the information is immediately entered and confirmed. 
But more important then all that technology and capability, is the personal touch. Each member of the team takes to heart the individual needs of our customer and passenger. Our passengers are not numbers or insurance claims. We know our passengers by name and are able to respond to their specific needs and preferences.
