Networking - Speakers |
Safe and reliable transportation for your patients is a hot topic these days. We regularly speak at networking events and seminars on all the in's and out's of cost effective and on-time transport.
On January 12, 2012, QTS members Andy Beran, Bill Persson, and Patrick Menzel attended a networking event with 'Business-To-Business-For-Seniors' at PF Changs in Sun City, Arizona. Several companies and institutions were in attendance.
As featured guest speaker, Bill introduced Quality Transport Services of Arizona to the group. His warm presentation caught the hearts and minds of all involved by expressing his passion and devotion for helping others and well as the logistics involved in safe transport. The event was a win-win! By building relationships with counterparts in the industry, together we are able to improve the life and social responsibility of the senior community. Let us know when your next event is, and we'll send a knowledgeable and entertaining speaker. |

To Our Favorite Customer,
The Cardinals are out, but we're all still watching football ... and basketball, and even starting to get excited about spring training. What is winter to the rest of the country is THE BEST time of the year here in Arizona. Even the occasional rainy day only serves to highlight just how lucky we are! At QTS, we are excited about the coming year. We have 3 new vehicles on the road to serve our increasing customer requirements - including a fuel efficient, and quite comfortable, Ford Transit conversion van. We strive in many ways to minimize our impact on the environment, while providing the best service in the Valley. Our new, high MPG vehicles, are another step along the way. We hope you take some time to enjoy "winter" in Arizona - and don't forget to put us on speed-dial - 602-371-1000 - for 24x7 non-emergency medical transportation that is second to none. 5 Ways to Stop the Spread of Colds |
C old Prevention Tip 1: Wash Your Hands
You've heard it many times before, but washing your hands is the single most important way to stop the spread of colds. When you wash your hands, do it thoroughly. Use soap and water and scrub for a minimum of 20 seconds.
Cold Prevention Tip 2: Cover Your Nose and Mouth
Most of us were raised to cover our mouths and noses with our hands when we sneezed or coughed. Instead, use the crook of your elbow -- or a tissue.
Cold Prevention Tip 3: Disinfect
Cold germs can live on surfaces for hours. Consider disinfecting areas like tabletops, doorknobs, remote controls, and toys.
Cold Prevention Tip 4: Go Disposable
Colds can be spread by shared towels and cups in the bathroom. When someone in the house is sick, consider switching to paper products for a week.
Cold Prevention Tip 5: Take Care of Yourself
Can eating healthy foods, getting enough sleep, and reducing stress help prevent colds? We don't really know. There is some evidence that they might help keep your immune system strong -- and potentially more capable of fighting off a cold virus. Let's face it, it can't hurt.
