|IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO WIN! |
For all rides booked in the month of December, the name of the person making the reservation will be entered to win a $50 restaurant gift certificate.
If your guidelines prevent you from accepting it, we will instead make a $50 donation in your name to the charity of your choice.
You don't need to do a thing to participate - and winners will be announced in early January.

|To Our Favorite Customer,|
Please accept our best wishes for the holiday season and the New Year 2012. Rest assured, QTS will be on the job straight through the holidays, delivering our signature service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - rain or shine!
This past year was a great year for QTS - and for that we thank you. We have expanded our fleet of late model vehicles, hired and trained more of the best drivers in the industry, delivered superior customer service including the best on-time performance in Arizona, and implemented a brand new dispatch system that reduces phone call on-hold times and increases our ability to be there on-time, every time.
Our peek into 2012 says we can expect continued tough economic times and more belt tightening in the health care industry. We'll be working day and night (and weekends) to solve your transportation problems - and remain your preferred supplier.
From the entire QTS family - All the best to you and yours!
|Avoid Distractions on the Road|
We all share the road, and staying focused on safe driving is a commitment we all make to each other.
Top 10 Driver Distractions (source: NHTSA-VTTI Study):
Multi-tasking may be the only way to cope at work or at home, but it's something to avoid behind the wheel.
- Using a wireless device, such as a cell phone
- Talking to and interacting with passengers
- Reaching for CDs, food, falling objects or other internal distractions
- Programming radio stations or tinkering with dashboard controls
- Using an electric razor, applying makeup or other personal hygiene-related actions
- Unwrapping a burger, opening a canned drink or other movements when eating at the wheel
- External distractions such as pointing out a funny billboard or pedestrian
- Talking or singing to oneself
Remember, when driving, always Watch The Road.
|Helping Out for the Holidays
Last weekend, members of the QTS team helped out at St. Vincent de Paul. We sorted used clothing, categorized items for the thrift shop, stacked goods, and generally tried to make a small dent in the enormous load of great work that the group does. It is hard not to come away feeling overwhelmed by the task, but also feeling good about helping out such a worthy cause. The holidays aren't just about buying gifts and spending time with family - they are about doing our part to help improve the community. See Bill and his wife Linda taking a quick pause below.
One of our very favorite customers is the VA Hospital. Each day we have the opportunity to help our veterans in a small way - but getting them where they need to go - safely, securely, and on-time. As the holidays approach, we are proud to reflect on our service to the VA, and we encourage everyone to take a minute to salute a vet and thank them for their service.
Have a Happy Holiday - see you next year!
