Quality Transport Services of Arizona
To Our Favorite Customer,

Thanksgiving reminds us of family and the warmth of being together, enjoying a good meal, reliving memories, watching football - and shopping!

At QTS, we don't stop for the holidays. We are working around the clock, right through the extended weekend to bring families together, get our passengers to their appointments, and making sure we get everyone home safely, on-time, every time.

From all of us at QTS, we wish you a happy and relaxing Thanksgiving holiday. Thank you for your confidence in us. We strive to earn your trust every day.

- The QTS Team

QTS Values

There are 3 words that you will hear Team Members at QTS repeat over and over again:

Safety - Our Number 1 Priority - Safety for our team members, safety for our passengers, and safety for those we interact with on a daily basis. We invest in safety every day - the latest and best equipped vehicles in the Valley, on-going driver safety training, real time tracking of each vehicle to monitor speed, acceleration/deceleration, and preventative maintenance, and safety in the workplace. For QTS, safety is a way of life.

Reliability - Our goal is to say what we will do, and do what we say. We don't promise if we can't deliver. When circumstances prevent us from meeting our commitments, we work to recover as quickly as possible and offer alternatives to our customers. For QTS, reliability means a 100% commitment to excellence in everything we do.

Value - We know you have choices in who you choose for transportation and we don't aim to be the lowest cost. Instead, we are positioned to deliver the best and most trouble free transportation for a competitive price. For QTS, value means better service at a fair price.

When you call us to transport your passengers - when you put your trust in us - you will see what Safety, Reliability, and Value means to the QTS team. Thank you for calling QTS.

Wheelchair Mobility Tips (thanks to Moses Wright)

1. Remember to use your seat-positioning strap if it is available.

2. Do not lean forward out of the wheelchair any further than the length of the armrests, when leaning forward, always ensure that the wheel casters are pointing forward to provide more stability.

3. Do not try to pick up objects from the floor by reaching down in between your knees.

4. Do not shift your weight toward the direction you are reaching as the wheelchair may tip over.

5. Do not lean over the top of the back upholstery as this may cause you to tip over.

6. Do not attempt to ride over curbs or obstacles.

7. Do not tilt the wheelchair without assistance.

8. Do not use an escalator to move between floors without assistance.

9. Do not attempt to move up or down an incline with water, ice or oil film on it.

10. Do not move across, go up, or go down ramps or slopes greater than a 9-degree angle.
