Dear Valued Customer and Friend of QTS,
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Beannachtaí na Féile Pádraig is the Gaelic way of expressing a wish that everyone will have all the blessings of St Patrick's Day and the "luck of the Irish" to go with it. There are many humorous explanations for this expression. One comes from the legend of the 'Little People' of the land, know as leprechauns. Finding or catching a leprechaun (who would then give you gold) was a lucky event that could only take place in Ireland! The Irish are descendants of great Celtic and Viking fighters and invaders. Their natural fighting skills often ensured survival & hence they became known as the 'lucky' people. This a classic case of making your own luck!
QTS is certainly lucky to have you as our customer. Please enjoy this newsletter and please pass it on.
Oh - and more more Gaelic phrase you might want to master - Pionta Guinness, le do thoil. (A pint of Guiness please!) Our personal (after work) favorite phrase.
Go raibh maith agaibh,
Dana, Ken, Andy
|Movie Night On Us|
Watch for our "Movie Night" post cards - now being handed out by our drivers. When you call in to schedule a ride - just mention the card - and we'll track your trips. After you schedule 10 trips - you will receive 2 movie tickets. Mentioning one of our driver's names will automatically move you one trip closer to Movie Night on QTS.
|Gas Prices ... Fuel Surcharge :(|
QTS works very hard to keep costs low while maintaining the highest levels of Quality and Service. Recent increases in fuel costs have forced us to add a small temporary surcharge to our invoices. We apologize for the charge and thank you for your understanding.
And in keeping with the spirit of "Green" - we also wanted to let you know that several of our vehicles run on environmentally friendly CNG - which is also increasing in price - but allows our vehicles to emit few pollutants and help protect our environment.

QTS just completed our quarterly safety review. All equipment was inspected and brought up to peak condition. Our driver and customer service teams met for training and to discuss continuous improvement opportunities and best known methods.
We value this important meeting as just one way for the entire company to focus on safety and service.
