"How can this be relevant?" you think to yourself. We have more important issues to work through
Ned Herrmann's Brain Dominance Model | than this frivolous discussion! In this third edition we will explore the world of Ned Herrmann's "C Quadrant" thinker. These folks are the ones who love to connect with others through stories. If they lack the logical "A quadrant" way of thinking, then many of their stories will have no point or conclusion to them. A meeting is a great place to develop relationships that will make the outcome of the meeting more effective. This style of thinker tends to show their emotions more readily and can anticipate how others will feel. They enjoy teaching, persuading and can relate to others in an empathic way. The best way to communicate effectively with them would be to loosen up! Don't be too formal or direct. They need to establish rapport with you and the best way to do this is by sharing feelings. You will need to make eye contact and pay attention to your non-verbal gestures by making your interactions user-friendly with smiles, touches and laughter.
