Jenna considered it a miracle that her son was born healthy. She clearly needed to learn basic living skills to keep him that way and took action by: 

• Enrolling her son in the Child Development Center
• Working closely with the infant room teachers on proper hygiene, nutrition and parenting skills
• Investing herself in ongoing after care services for relapse prevention, living skills and mental health
• Coordinating with a Workforce Developer, actively job searching in our Workforce Connections onsite computer lab, resulting in a full time position with Wal-Mart
• Learning to budget her finances and eventually securing her own apartment
