SEASON'S GREETINGS!! I hope you are all wrapping up 2011 with family, friends and plenty of moments filled with gratitude for all of life's lessons and blessings!
In this season of giving, be sure to give time and thought to yourself and your own needs--whether it be quiet time with a favorite book, catching a little nap, attending a class, or doing any other activity that is just for you--be sure to carve out a little time! Why not take a couple of hours and come up to Carefree this Saturday for a moving tribute to mother nature and our connection to all life in a Winter Solstice Ceremony at Casa Mariposa?
The new year is shaping up to be filled with wonderful programs and services offered through myself as well as Casa Mariposa that will help bring peace and purpose into your lives.

We were so honored to have such a fabulous workshop from Chris Spheeris brought to our corner of the world here in Carefree Arizona on December 3rd and 4th! For those of you unaware, Chris is a dynamic and multi-talented internationally acclaimed recording artist who has created a unique workshop experience that effectively brings us in touch with our hearts--our dreams, desires, fears and blocks--through the creative process. Spirits were awakened and hearts opened during this very special weekend. Thank you Chris for the light you are sharing with the world!
