Stepping Stones provides transitional housing and supportive services for youth aged 16-20 who are experiencing homelessness.   We are hiring an Independent Living Coach to provide case management and life skills training utilizing youth development/strength-based principles.  Position is full time; with flexibility in hours (may include evenings/weekends).  

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other related field.
  • Previous experience working with youth, particularly teenagers.
  • Must demonstrate high level of maturity and ability to work independently.
  • Must have vehicle in good working condition, insurance and good driving record.

Health Coordinator
