ABOUT STEPPING STONES |
Stepping Stones' mission is to provide transitional housing and supportive services to youth 16-20 years old who are experiencing homelessness.
Since Stepping Stones was founded in 2005 our program has provided 40 youth with services that help them gain the skills needed to live as independent, self-sustaining adults. All residents are required to attend school if they have not already recieved their diploma or GED, in addition to maintaining a job during their time at Stepping Stones. For more information on our programs and services, click on Our Programs.
Stepping Stones is now expanding! In the past year alone we have welcomed an additional resident into our program, added a resident assistant position, and rented a new apartment to house the two resident assistants.
Thanks to the support of individual donations, grants, and our community we hope to continue to expand and provide further services to at-risk youth in our community.
