Dear Newman Parent,
Greetings from NCS! I wanted to remind parents about the deadline for the 2012-2013 NCS - Tuition Assistance Program. It's quickly approaching and applications are due Tuesday, May 1. Your application opens the door for NCS to help you and allows NCS to seek help from outside sources too.
NCS encourages families to apply who are/have:
- Seeking tuition assistance and reduction
- Currently receiving NCS tuition assistance
- Multiple children enrolled in NCS
- Experiencing problems with current tuition
- Use the Free/Reduced School Lunch Program
- Experienced job reduction or loss
- Experienced family changes or unforeseen medical expenses
- Already enrolled in the NCS Commitment to Pay Program
Applying online is the fastest and most direct method of submitting your application. Apply at www.factstuitionaid.com. Please be assured your information is treated confidentially and is maintained with the utmost security.
After completing the online application you will need to mail or fax your supporting documentation to FACTS.
(Fax number: 866-315-9264.) The tax information needed to verify your application is shown in the online or paper form checklist. There is a nonrefundable $25 application fee. Paper applications are available at the NCS Central Office.
Help is available from FACTS if you have questions regarding your application. Call 1-866-315-9262 or email help@factstuitionaid.com. Many of our NCS parents have reported FACTS representatives are excellent to work with.
If you don't have access to a computer, we can help. Please call Patty Thomson, NCS Administrative Assistant and HR Coord. at (715) 845-5735 for an appointment and we will provide you with a private area and computer access to complete your information electronically.
Awards are based on the amount of funds available and the individual needs-assessment of each family. NCS is committed to helping out every family that applies and works to increase the total amount awarded each year.
Sincerely,
Dr. Jan Klosinski
President
