We are New England's Premiere Girls Night Out Party destination. We offer the best in alternative fitness theme parties exclusively for women. Your party can be as unique as you are from an exclusive reservation at one of our affiliated restaurants to an after party at an affiliated night club. We can create you a package deal that can accommodate your most persnipicky guests. Everyone will have a blast and you'll get all the credit. Hosting memorable Pole Control Studios Party is our specialty! Celebrate your special occasion in style at Connecticut's HOTTEST women's lifestyle facility. Guaranteed to be a wild night of fun you'll remember forever, our fabulous facility on the trendy Pratt St was designed for throwing amazing parties. Our studios boast up to 11 dance poles and a VIP lounge for relaxing!
Take pictures in the V.I.P lounge before learning a sexy pole or lap dance routine that is bound to have your group reminiscing for years! With our complimentary gift bags for everyone in the group and a special gift bag for the guest of honor, Pole Control Studio's is the perfect venue for your extra special girls' night out.

Vito's by the Park
 Complete with a spectacular view of Hartford's Bushnell Park, Vito's By The Park offers traditional Italian dining within a unique setting with the Hartford downtown great nightlife. To create the feeling of relaxing in a park, one wall of the restaurant is a painted mural of a scenic park view, with its walkway whose pattern is replicated to match the restaurant floor. The large restaurant windows, also copied in the mural, offer a true view of the park and a constant flow of sunlight.

With VIP VP sections near the DJ, 4 full bars, LIVE bands, and the platinum Pole Stages enticing the perfect compliment to any pole party. We offer Pole Control Studios guests an after party destination that will rock your socks off. You will get your VIP bracelet covers your admittance to the night club, waive the wait in line, and a magnum bottle of Grey Goose Vodka.

$350 Deposit to hold your date and time The first 5 guests are covered by the Party Deposit Price: $50.00 (5-10 guests) Price: $25.00 (11-25 guests) 
Services are $150.00 per diem Ambiance items are $15.00 per item or $150.00 for all. Themes range between $1000.00- $5000.00 (ALL Inclusive)
$100 refundable Cleaning fee is returned 7 days after party or event date. Party Packages start between $500.00- $$1000.00 Additional Time is $100 per half hour (service included)
Parties are 2 hours in duration 
60 minutes of instruction from Master instructor. 10 minute intermissions for eating and drinking. 10 minute intermission for pictures and practice. 5 minute showcase from Instructor Apprentice. 5 minute showcase from master instructor.
30 minutes to gather at studio, change, sign releases and waivers.

Just in case you forget!
Arrive at your party at least 15 minutes in advance to fill out the necessary registration forms and waivers.
To prevent injury:
Please be sure to remove all your hand jewelry before class. Watches Bracelets and rings
Come to class with no OIL or LOTION on your skin. Please bring a Hand towel
Wear loose fitting yoga pants or a pair of shorts that exposes about 3 inches above the knee and a sleeveless tank top or what we call a husband beater.
We encourage the use of heeled shoes, perferrably without embellishments.
Arrive with a pleasant attitude and look forward to having fun.
